Refund policy
We want you to love what you bring home from Katha. Please review our return conditions below:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- No returns or exchanges are applicable on candles, due to hygiene and usage-sensitive nature of the product.
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these are created specifically as per customer specifications.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval.
