Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. While we work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, actual transit time may vary due to serviceability, weather, or unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with the courier details and tracking information, so you can follow your package right up to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the website.

5. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across most locations within India. In case your pin code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you with alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Given the handcrafted and often delicate nature of our art and décor pieces, each order is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. We appreciate your patience as our team takes extra care in preparing your order.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet our stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier constraints, regional disruptions, or high-demand periods (such as festive seasons). We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay to your order.

8. Damaged Or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging, so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or resolution.
