Returns are accepted within a specified number of days from delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
No returns or exchanges are applicable on candles, due to hygiene and usage-sensitive nature of the product.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these are created specifically as per customer specifications.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval.
